Great store, great selection, very helpful on downside is that they don't give you paint decks to take home and find out which colour best suites your home, what I had to do was figure out what colour I wanted, and there was about 100 samples, would of been easier to choose a colour had they still given the paint deck to take home and go through. The manager or cashier not sure what she is, but she was in and out of a little office was very friendly and helpful, told me about the sale, was cheerful and chatty, which made it much more of a better shopping visit.

Our experience was with a particular location/staff member. We were referred to the store by College-Pro Painters. Daegan was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. What I thought would be a lengthy process in the store, he made very simple with his guidance. Great customer service, the store was organized and eye pleasing. I've already been contacted by Sherman Williams to ensure my selections were recorded. All over pleasant experience.
