I was nervous when I read some of the reviews, but a couple of friends recommended the Sole product, so I took a chance. We could not be more pleased! We ordered on April 19th, it arrived on April 24th. From ease of ordering, delivery and set up of our Sole E25 Elliptical, I would definitely recommend this company and their products!

We had a quick and seamless buying experience this morning. We contacted customer service, got a promo code, confirmed the item was in stock and then purchased it within minutes online. The website had no concerns like previously mentioned in the reviews. And, Steph with customer service was friendly and extremely helpful.

Sole Fitness and Steph in particular were nothing but personable and professional. And they sell one of the top rated products.
It was well worth the wait. I’ve successfully ordered an F80 and we can’t wait to receive it and get it set up!
If you are reading scathing reviews about their website and sales races ignore them. We’ve all been in this situation before whether it’s vying for the best time for swimming lessons for our kids or concert tickets. It’s a first world problem. Just because we’ve decided we want a treadmill NOW doesn’t mean you can get one because guess what? So does the rest of NA!!
