Okay. The meals and chicken are always great. But I have to dock two stars. I went through the drive thru the first time last week, and I waited 35 minutes for my order! The cashier didn't even acknowledge the wait at all. Most other places apologize for a 5 minute wait. This was actually 35 minutes. I could have ordered and came back, ya know? Next time, communicate. Is this a normal wait time? Abnormal? Weird.

Love going to Swiss Chalet, first time at this Location and the customer service was beyond excellent, the waitress to the managers was always checking on our table, would recommend to anyone.

Delicious family restaurant with polite staff in a great plaza. But they need to bring back the chicken parmesan, best dish on the menu.

Service is good, food is prepared quickly and there's not much of a wait. Accessible parking, door opener. Can't comment on the washrooms. Choice of booth or table, so wheelchair users can get a seat at the table! Not sure if a scooter would fit.
