(May 1, 2018, 2:40 am)Not only professional, but incredibly friendly. Pamela frequently watches my cat (Schmoo) when I go away, I would not trust another soul. My cat is extremely frightened, and shy. But Pamela knows exactly how to handle her, she is patient with her, and got to know her, so now they have a bond, which is important to me. I'm away at least 1 weekend a month, and I know Schmoo is in excellent hands.
