We came into The Source on Dorchester in the Falls with a complicated situation. Joe, helped us figure it out and everything was successful! On top of that Joe was very cheerful and was the only employee in the store and was able to manage all of the customers with kindness and ease! Also the store was clean and they had all of the appropriate precautions in place to make you feel safe during this time! Thank you Joe and The Source!

I went into the Source in Niagara Falls ON this morning on the advice of Virgin Mobile because I was experiencing issues with my iPhone SE
The Customer Service I received there was phenomenal!!
Michael, Joe and Adnan teamed together to troubleshoot over an hour until my iPhone SE was up and running like new.

Great service.... they constantly attempt to upsell additional warranties even on battery longevity. Haha

A bit of a strange store. Has a lot of items that can only be found in one place. But due to how small the stores are the selection is limited. Staff are always willing to help and are friendly.
