The UPS Store #194

I switched over from a Canada Post box rental to the UPS Store #194 at 4025 Dorchester Road in Niagara Falls, ON in September 2020 due to mobility issues. Just sorry I did not do it sooner as Amar and Jeff really take their level of service to new heights. Always very pleasant, professional, and efficient; truly a joy to deal with. Excellent customer service! I have dropped off a few packages here and Jeffrey is very professional and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this place. By far the best ups.

I had many issues during this Covid -19 situation with a long time waiting for responses from UPS international. Jeff was beyond helpful and communicated with me very frequently to update me on the package I sent to El Salvador .
His hands were tied for most of the issues as it was an international package by air and not within Canada , but he did the most he could with what he had
The shipping was very expensive and the package arrived 3 weeks late and in terrible condition but Jeff really fought for me to try and recoup some of what I lost , knowing how important the package was .
I normally would not use this UPS store as another one is much closer to me but was closed during this pandemic .

M packages I sent back to amazon were handled very quickly and because of the amount of effort Jeff put towards my situation , I would go back . Just a probably not for international shipping during this current pandemic .

Amar and Jeff go out of their way to help you get packages received and shipped efficiently! I use their services for my business shipments and they've never let me down. No reason to go anywhere else!
