Clean and open environment with friendly staff. The staff were all happy to be there and so helpful. Dr Edgar was knowledgable and caring. Pricing is fair. All around great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

I had to take my sunglasses in for repair, and during this Covid -19 I was met at the door with a pleasant smile and the young lady was willing to help me out. She took my glasses and I had them back within 2 days. I wasn't expecting that honestly. But thank you vision clinic. I am lost without my sunglasses as they are readers and i work out in the sun most of my day. Truly a great experience.

This is a shout out to the ladies at the Lundy's Lane & Kalar Rd location- Liz and Eva! Both individually, but especially as a team the demonstrated what genuine, passionate and knowledgable customer service is all about. As a 1st time shopper for my prescription to wear glasses, I was pleasantly greeted with direction and welcome to browse by Eva upon entering, while she was tended to other customers. She easily tended to us both throughout the stage of service, while eagerly wanting to participate with me in finding the right fit and style for me. She listened and informed all at the same time. Once she had to close her sale with her 1st customer, her teammate respectfully continued to assist me with the same enthusiasm and genuineness. By the end I found out Liz was the manager and I was thrilled to compliment both of the ladies on how pleasant my experience was and how much I appreciated their professional, fun and sincere energy, while not pressuring...and that I would most definitely be writing a review! I would recommend this location and did to everyone I know who now need glasses, we're apparently "getting up there"! Especially in this uncertain time that is our new reality, experiencing unsolicited kindness is a welcomed relief and reminder that we can all afford to do our job in public, with the public and for the public being kind- we never know truly how much of a difference that little effort can make! Vision Clinic is only place I’ll go to for my glasses. They have great prices (2 for 1!!) and a huge selection to choose from. I love that they always help me find the perfect styles. My whole family comes here!
