Enns Battery & Tire

This place is awesome! My wife and I were visiting Niagra on the lake for our honeymoon when my car battery completely died. They did whatever it took to get me back up and running! I appreciate everything they did for us and would refer them to anyone with car troubles visiting or even whoever lives in Canada!

If you need car help – call Enns! I live in Washington, D.C. and Friday we traveled to Niagara-on-the-Lake to explore the area and do some wine tasting. Saturday morning, we got ready to leave the hotel and found our tire was flat. Not knowing the area, we made a few phone calls and Enns was there to help! From the first phone call, they were unbelievably helpful and professional. Within 20 minutes of my call Rudy the owner, and a member of his team were there. They took the tire off and found my wheel was cracked in two places. I have custom wheels and there is no spare. Rudy and his staff went well above and beyond to help us! I could not ask for a higher level of concern, professionalism, expertise, and friendliness to two stranded tourists. Enns found someone to weld the aluminum wheel (I know from previous experience it is very difficult to find someone who can weld aluminum), kept us up to date on the progress, and even sent a video of our wheel getting fixed. Rudy brought the fixed wheel back and put it on. Since the cracked wheel was probably due to a pothole, I then drove to Enns shop and they checked the other wheels to ensure we were safe for our long drive back to Washington, D.C. and all checked out safe and sound. When it was time to pay the bill, I was shocked - Enns could have charged two stranded tourists a crazy amount - but the price was MUCH MUCH less than I anticipated. WOW, Amazing service and excellent staff. Having a sisters week in Niagara on the lake and BOOM FLAT TIRE! ENNS,to the RESCUE. Can't say enough about how friendly and excellent service. Change all four tires which we knew needed doing but neglected to do prior to our departure. THANK YOU ALL!
