For some reason a letter being sent to me here in the states, by a private party with nothing to do with Quickservice, with my correct address kept going to this company several times. After the third time they put it in another envelope addressed and stamped it at their time and cost and mailed it to me with a note about the mix up. This goes beyond customer service for a "non" customer! Thank you. Simply amazing.
