Despite being a very busy location serving a lot of drive-through customers that come off the highway or from the outlet mall, the staff is very polite and friendly, upholding the Starbucks service! I think they could use more baristas on the floor during busy rushes though.

The busiest Starbucks Café I ever been too. It takes at least 10 minutes for your drink to get ready, due to amount of customers they have to provide service to. Nonetheless, staff is very kind and prepare your drink correctly.
