The Old Bank House

This is our second time staying at The Old Bank House and we loved both. The place is old but they keep it nice and fresh. Park location is perfect and we can walk everywhere we want. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Great location just off the main strip in Niagara on the Lake. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was well appointed, ensuite bathroom was updated and clean. Love the antique furniture throughout the B&B. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Included breakfast the next morning was delicious. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

The location of this house cannot be beat. The house is right across from the lake with lake views from the front courtyard and our balcony. It’s close to restaurants and shops. The greenery on the property were beautiful.
However, the rooms were ok, the bathroom was really small and the food was mediocre. My biggest complaint was the room temperature. On the first night, it was so cold that both my hubby and I had to sleep with socks and sweatshirts. On the second night, it was super hot and we had to use our fan. Parking is also limited. We expected a little more for the price.

More than I expected for the money. This was the first b&b experience for my wife and I. The place has 9 rooms so I never felt awkward like someone was down there hall being able to hear everything you say. It is basically a small hotel with very friendly service and a great breakfast. You cannot beat the location. It is one of the few places to stay in notl with a nice porch with a view of the lake/ old fort Niagara. Pic is the view from the park in front of the hotel.
