I was fortunate enough to have a young lady ( Joanna) serve me today at Leons Niagara. She exemplifies the meaning of "customer service" Joanna was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank you for making my experience at Leons a memorable one.

Nick M. Is the BEST salesman ever, he has gone above and beyond to help me get the right bed and lift chair as quickly as possible for my grandmother who desperately needed it. The mattress I picked out was a little to soft for her, I called Nick and he made sure I could get the firm mattress within days. The ordeal with my grandmother's health has been very tough, along with moving her into a home...i have had to deal with alot of people to make this move smooth for her and Nick is by far my most favourite person this year!! I appreciate all you have done Nick! This is the only place I will by furniture (when Nick is working of course)!!

Alex in appliances is excellent.. He answered every question we had. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend dealing with him. We are very happy with our new kitchen set! Thanks again Alex
