I called Old Town to repair some wind blown soffit on a second floor roof last winter. Matt, without hesitation, said no problem and had the pieces replaced within a few days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Old Town Maintenance for any home repair needs in the future!

I have been working with Matt for about 5 months, and suffice it to say, I cannot run my Bed and Breakfast without his expertise in resolving anything from a broken Gazebo to replacing my solarium.
He has fixed my broken Gazebo, a problem with my AC, figured out my sprinkler system and lawn lighting, will be working on replacing my solarium, the list goes on. And he shows me what he is doing so that I can learn as well.
