Even though they are a large company, the experience was very personal and tailored to our specific needs. They took their time with us and we felt like they genuinely cared during the entire process. They were very knowledgeable, and their customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend them to my own family and friends, as well as anyone looking for REAL answers from an honest, unbiased company that doesn’t have a thing to gain from the test results. A+++

They arrived quickly and spent time gathering information as we walked to different areas of my home. They continually reassured me that everything was fine and they would figure things out and not to worry. I received their report shortly after and it was very clear and detailed. They then followed up with a call to review and discuss to ensure I understood the results. I have ever felt more cared for in such a stressful time and I would 10/10 refer then to everyone I know.
