We had been following Bice Builders web site for the last few years
and knew this was the builder we wanted to build our bungalow when we retired. We picked the Mulberry as the bungalow for us. The layout was perfect for our needs. Any questions we had were always answered straight away using their Co-Construct app. We moved into our new home on time, on the given closing date. We would highly recommend Bice Builders for their integrity, quality and service.

Been in a Bice Builder home for a year now. Great quality of construction with very few items to report to Tarion a year later. Very prompt and personable service.
