Based on my experience last 2 years they were actually good at thier job, but now? They tore my future. I have contacted them last december about the renewal but they just didnt replt as much as they used to or as much as they need to. As an agency that helps people like me and getting paid for what they do they should constantly reply or update an employer/employee to whatever they need to do. But they gave me false hope and just promise everything will be okay but it wasnt. As time goes by i waited and waited for nothing, coz they didnt work on it they overlooked it, they didnt think that i need this, if theres anyone thats will be in trouble its going to be me. Until the permit and they didnt even bother again to reply. They just didnt answer to so many question i sent them and they didnt even bother to call or maybe refused about it in the very first place if they cant do it. Something came up, instead of telling me they just dissappear leaving us hanging around. So until now im still very dissapointed, very unproffesional. Its so frustrating that they dont even care. So please people if you have another agency that will actually help you, go for that one, not this agency!
