We stopped for lunch at the end of our wine tour. It is a very cool building, they have done an excellent job converting it to a brewery. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was fantastic.
Great spot to grab some local brews and a bite to eat. The service was fantastic, the drinks delicious and the food yummy.
Located inside a beautiful revamped old church, it's worth the visit just for the aesthetic experience.
Our visit was great and we absolutely will stop in next time we're out this way. The only downfall was that even though they allow minors and babies, there is no amenities to cater to them. No high chair or change table in the bathroom. No big deal, I went and changed our daughter in the car, but I can't imagine that would be very fun in Winter!
I am not a huge fan of craft beer but this place has a few choices I like. The best part about this place though is the food. I could eat here all the time and never get enough. Everything on the food menu is great. Really nice building too. Front patio is kind of noisy from the traffic but that's not their fault.
Nice atmosphere, but a limited range of brews. My wife and I visited here yesterday, stopping for a beer and snack. There's a nice, contained patio at the front and a narrow strip of tables along the outside. Inside was a nice surprise, with exposed brick and stained glass, utilizing its' previous life as a church. By far the strongest selling point of this establishment is the setting.
Service was excellent and quick. We only ordered fries, but they were nice and crispy, with multiple dips, and delicious. The only disappointment was the selection of beer. There were only 5 choices of their own brews. My wife chose a flight, but there was no choice in the five, only what I assume to be their three standard bearing brews. Their black lager is their flagship product and it is an interesting flavour profile. I found the other two choices to be decent but not memorable. I had their APA, which was good, but somewhat muted. All in all, as a brewery, it does not stand out to me. Had it not been such a charming location, this would be a three.
Really happy with our lunch here. First of all the restaurant is inside an old church so it's really beautiful. The patio seems lovely but we ate inside.
Although we arrived for a late lunch, the server/bartender was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He was patient with all my additions: after taking our orders, we each needed an item (whether fries or another beer) so I must have asked him for something four more times...
We really enjoyed our food. The burgers were fantastic. The black lager was very tasty. The meatball sandwich was different than I expected; on a round bun instead of in a long bun, but still yummy.
The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The music was a little loud with the restaurant being mostly empty, but that's my only negative thought.
