Young Sod Farms

Nice staff. Lots of sod in now. The sod is really good.

We ended up purchasing the RTF sod from Youngs and installed it last May. I couldn't find many reviews on the RTF, but since we have a large Maple tree out front which shades the grass half the day, and steals a lot of the water I'm sure, we figured we would give it a try. It is now a year later and with 1 year of the Young's fertilizer program on it I couldn't be happier. With the pandemic bringing everyone down, I can at least smile every time I look out my front window. I am working from home and I hear a group of teenage boys, chatting walking down the sidewalk I hear the one stop and say "wow look at that grass". That is something that makes me laugh to this day. Thanks to the friendly staff at Young 's for answering my questions and getting me set up.

I have purchased SOD and fertilizer here a couple of times in the last few years- including delivery. Everyone I deal with is awesome. They answer emails quickly, they are polite , knowledgeable and always helpful. The delivery was on time, the driver was just as accommodating and friendly as everyone else.

The price is extremely competitive and the Sod is excellent quality. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

Called to ask a question about Bermuda grass, they don't have it but im glad they called me back and explained it won't grow up here. thx.

The best sod supplier around. I went in a few weeks ago for seed and fertilizer and they were very helpful in setting me up for lawn success. They didn't judge me based on the limited amount I was buying and I came away much more knowledgeable about the process. Highly recommend!
