9Round Fonthill is the best! Karen, Kristen and the trainers are very friendly and welcoming. I am greeted by name and they motivate me during my workouts. 9rounds is quick, effective, sweaty and fun! Thank you to all the trainers, you rock!
9 Round is very structured and makes it so easy to stay motivated in coming nearly every day. The first workout I've tried that actually delivers results. Great for any athletic ability or age.
Love this place! My go to for my sanity! Owners are amazing , and that’s an understatement. Karen and Kristine are fantastic trainers , love the vibe from this place! Energy is contagious, days I’ve walked in feeling so drained and beat down but this place gives me the energy I need to stand strong and focused! Workouts are changed daily, no need to worry about appearance because your gonna walk out sweaty!
