Friendly and Caring staff from the front desk people to the physiotherapists to the folks in the back doing the exercises routines with you. Customer service is obviously a priority for this business.

From Trevor, Hailey, Austin/Braden and the students who assist it is a wonderful caring atmosphere. I went in with severe spinal issues (which I know cannot be corrected until my surgery); the main thing was NOT to aggravate it through aggressive physio. Trevor and Hailey have researched my condition and have only helped me. I now walk with my walker for quite a while before going numb for longer periods. Hailey reviews my progress, set-backs every time I go in.

Was treated for my injury by physiotherapist and trainers. They described my injury to me and their recommended treatment. Over a period of sessions the treatment was able to resolve my injury. I was given exercises by the trainers to assist in prevention of the same injury

I was able to schedule appointments and payments easily and the staff were always friendly and courteous and the physiotherapist was very knowledgeable and supportive

Felt that the number of visits recommended was appropriate to address my condition.

I love this place. I've been coming here for a little over a year now. This clinic and the people here literally gave me my life back. 2 years ago I sprained my ankle. I had been to many doctors and another physio clinic and no-one could help me. I finally found Hayley and Andrea (physio and massage therapists). After some progression, I still wasn't 100%. They refereed me to Dr. Levy (a sports physician at lifemark). It turned out I actually needed surgery to correct my problem. I'm 4 months post op, and still seeing Hayley and Andrea. I feel great, and am recovering super well with these two therapists. I would recommend anyone with an injury to come here. The clinic is clean and spacious. Thanks so much guys!
