Morning staff is great! Super fast and very nice, great way to start off a day. The afternoon staff on the other hand is slow as molasses. I was the next customer to be served and waited for nearly 10 minutes before I left as they took drive in orders that came in minutes after I was waiting inside. Very unhappy.

It's great... in Chicago I always use to with Starbucks... but it is best service and test... I told for empty cup .. the guy who give me free... I recommend one time should be try

Generally speaking, I get a good cup of coffee. Donuts have gone downhill over the years. Too many menu selections mean nothing is all that great. They'd benefit from more focus on a few items. Can't be everything to everybody.
