Next to zero water pressure in house City deemed it owners responsibility. Gave us 14 days to repair. Called couple companies as city suggested. 2 pulled no shows for the initial estimate and another wanted more than what the City would have charged. Then there was Moe.. I called and within hours I had an impressive estimate. Once given the green light within days the locates were done and the work was started. His crew was polite, professional and very pleasant. The job was completed and passed inspection within 24 of the start time. And not only was the estimate impressive but the final numbers matched it to the cent!! Moe's staff were great, the work was great, the price was great and most of all Moe was great!! I had a terrible problem with water permeating through my concrete floor and foundation, causing substantial damage to my basement, due to damaged weeping tile system. Due to an abundance of concrete around the perimeter of my house I had no choice but to put a weeping tile on the inside of my basement. Moe’s team, particularly Dave, were very helpful in helping review my options. Once the work started I found the crew to be professional, courteous, clean, and punctual. The job they did on the weeping tile was done to an incredibly high standard, so good that I decided to use them to install a sump pit and pumps. Moe was able to work with the city’s WRAP program and most of that cost was covered by a subsidy from the city. All work was done in a timely fashion to a high standard with communication through every step of the process. In short, I couldn’t be happier with the job done by Moe and his team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with water issues in their basement. Thanks Moe to you and your crew!!!
