(May 6, 2017, 6:25 pm)Victor's passion for the soil and the life it gives can be felt and seen in everything he does. The produce is wonderful, more than enough for our small family. It takes some creativity to adapt your diet to the rhythm of seasonal fruits and vegetables, but the produce and it's beauty demand that nothing is wasted. We've been members for the last three seasons. The fall meal in the garden is a highlight of each summer.
