5+ stars! Ladies there were so wonderful and talked me through the whole process of hooking my phone up. They are so polite and they always have the best deals going on. They gave me what I asked for on top of free accessories. I truly recommend this store for new cell phone people and anyone who is getting a new phone. Keep up the good work!

I went to Cellularpoint at the Fairview Mall, St. Catharines today just to check phones out and ended up buying one because the salesperson, Sheena was so helpful and went way above and beyond the "normal" customer service. Sheena took her time in explaining things, setting up my phone so I thank you again Sheena and recommend going to this store for excellent services.

Help was provided in choosing a phone and talking with my device provider regarding my monthly plan. They also transferred all my info over to my new phone, making the switch a smooth transition.
