After contacting multiple insurance companies and receiving quotes for auto-insurance that I was very unhappy with, I called Verge. Kelly Grondin was SO helpful and was able to quote me with an amount that was much lower than I was quoted at the other insurance companies. She is thorough, kind and very quick! New customer and so far a great experience with Verge! First impression was very responsive and professional! I was referred by a friend to Verge and I was transferred to Nancy. She was very nice and took down my information for a quote right away. She gave me a lot of insight to build something that works for me and my budget. She actually called me back an hour later once she found a better alternative for me, which really surprised me on how she continued trying for me even after out initial conversation! Really impressed and happy with her help!

She really showed that she went an extra mile for me, especially compared to the other Brokers I've contacted. The other companies just gave me the first quote and made me feel like its this or nothing. Comparing the other quotes received, these other brokers actually added features above what I needed. Therefore, I was being overcharged for protection that I didn't request or required. Even after asking if I could remove these features I was told it would only make a little $$$ difference on my payments. I understand that, but by adding features right off the bat for your own gain doesn't seem like the best ethical practice.

Nancy was actually able to obtain me a quote that was significantly lower than the other brokers I requested from. She's a great asset to Verge and I am really happy I decided to go with Verge and have Nancy as my new broker!
