The workers are helpful and knowledgeable. I can find what I need and have even received pre-sale items when I didn't pre-order. Fantastic game shop.

Their selection is recent and up to date and all pretty well. Not much to report on other than that you should NEVER try to trade in games here. I know used games have depreciating value, but you can get a video game that is $80.00, then trade it and they will give you $5.00, then resell it for $60, making huge profit at your expense. Trading games at retailers isn't worth it. Sell online instead.

Went there when they had a special on headsets. Needed a new pair as mine had broken. Got a used Turtle Beach stealth 600 headset for a total of 32 dollars. That also included a one year warranty. When they have deals and you are a platinum member it can be worth going.

just a standard EB games, have noticed a switch from only games to more game memorabilia which might keep them open longer... but they'll need to do more once the new consoles launch.... a disc free environment could be tough... resale on a digital game.... whose going to do that....

Always get something here just can't seem to co e to this plaza without stopping by e b games! The staff here is always very knowledgeable and friendly. They offer help immediately upon entering and will not hesitate to look up in the computer or in to other stores to see if they may carry whatever your looking for elsewhere. If so they dont mind ordering it in for you. They have a great rewards system and yes some levels cost money but by the end of the year the amount you save on games and other in-store purchases far outweigh the few bucks it costs initially! Fast friendly customer service!
