Fariya is amazing at analysis and “resetting” or “unlocking” of troublesome body parts/issues. I’ve learned so much from her, be it on better posture, better ways to exercise or play sport, and even better breathing, which assists all of the above. I come away from an appointment feeling so much more mobile, and the methodology is so gentle and non aggressive. I highly recommend her and the Feldenkrais method.

I met fariya on zoom for the first time today. She was so knowledgeable and insightful about my complex, long standing problems. She helped me with great next steps and resources. I'm so glad I contacted her, since I am always trying to find ways to get better.

Fariya provided Feldekrais treatments in the past for
my back and shoulder pain which was longstanding. With her help I was able to return to daily activities and enjoy recreational activities pain free again!
This time I am returning for help with bilateral knee pain caused by osteoarthritis and a meniscal tear.
Fariya is a caring and compassionate practitioner who is very knowledgeable and effective in her treatments. Her explanations are clear and her suggestions are helpful and easy to follow through with at home. She even provides take home props as needed!
