Jump+ Apple Premium Retailer (St. Catharines)

I went to Jump+ because I could not get into an iPhone I was given. The pass code was incorrect. The tech, Josh, I believe his name is serviced the phone and made it usable. This was the only place that could help me. Great staff and I had a wonderful customer service experience.

On Saturday August 3rd we received excellent service from Josh at the Customer service counter.
We arrived with an unresponsive IPhone 8 that had lost its wifi connection during a software update. Josh was able to get the phone to reboot, thanks again for your speedy and cheerful service. Dave and Mary Jane

I'm not an Apple disciple, we were here upgrading my wife's iMac. That said, our salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Store is well kept, even under the challenges of mall renovation happening just a few doors down the corridor. I actually think it's a better choice than an actual Apple store.

Mike at Jump Plus was one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

He made what was an incredibly stressful situation into a very pleasant interaction. I walked in only looking for advice on buying a used phone, and even though he knew I was not going to be a customer, he took time out of his day to help a clueless lady out. His expert advice and his kindness toward me, turned into me becoming a customer instead of going somewhere else. He is literally a wizard - somehow allowing me to purchase a brand new phone from him for the same cost as the used one I was looking at.

Him and his coworker, Austin (who introduced me to Mike) both made me a loyal customer of Jump Plus. Please consider giving them both a raise.
