Went to lids in the pen centre to get my son a spurs jersey. They normally don't stock west coast teams the guy told me. I was about to leave and the manager of the store told me to hold on a minute and went to the back to check. She came out with a DeRozan Jersey in his size. Amazing! Xmas complete!! Thanks so much for taking the time to look.

Cool place. Never had a problem before but went back twice for a certain team hat. I was told by same employee would be in stock and both visits it still wasn’t in stock and no real explanation or confirmation as to when it will actually be there so a waste of my time twice over. I would’ve liked a straight answer and more knowledge period! IMO that’s how you keep customers smh

Lids was just bought by fanatics, so it's in transition mode. I would like it if the store offered more diversity in what they offer, in regards to sports teams. The store focuses on Toronto based teams, which I understand. However it could offer more of other Canadian teams as well. They do offer some, however I wish they upped the quantity of said teams.
