Staff were very helpful in helping me find BCAAs with ingredients that I trusted. I have to avoid specific substances due to allergies and sensitivities. They did not make me feel like I was causing them any trouble and offered me an option that was a better bang for my buck! They took their time to explain the points program (as it was my first time in) and were SO friendly! I will be back for sure!

The product that I wanted was out of stock during their recent sale. They kindly gave me a rain check. When the product didn't arrive Steve called twice to follow up. After some investigating on his part he discovered it had been discontinued. He gave me a fabulous deal on a similar product. Something to be said for dealing with an actual person rather than a website.

All the 5 stars for this location are 100% accurate. Not only is the staff qualified and knowledgeable for the products they sell, the person behind the scene, the owner, is a fantastic person. The customer service at this location is no other. Steve(owner) makes every visit a memorable one and makes you want to come back and only give business to this location. Everyone at this location is super helpful, but the main drive comes from their leader, who does one hell of a job to stand out from all competition.
