The agent we dealt with was shower friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us out with our flights and booking and made it all a breeze.
Gina was very ignorant to my wife , very bad customer service as we are paying customers she's working for us , as for the other ladies excellent service Gisela is awesome I will be recommending the other ladies to friends
