WOW! mobile boutique

I went to WOW a couple weeks ago and the customer service was awesome! Cheyenne is amazing, she really knew her stuff and answered any questions I had regarding the phone, the type of plan I was looking for and a run down about the bill and how I was being charged. She was really on top of everything. I try to go for her for any questions I have and will see her when getting a new phone again!

Always the most helpful staff! Helped me through a stolen phone situation and got me set up with a new one in no time. Definitely the go-to phone booth!

Cheyenne went above and beyond to make sure that I understood my first bill breakdown and made sure to check that my entire family would get the best available deal. Recently got a phone here from Shyan. She was incredible!!! One of the best employees at WOW mobile!! Honestly if you’re going to go here ask for her!! She’s one of the best out there. She really knows all about each phone and will try to help you out as much as possible. I go all the way to the Pen just to get her and her service !!! I came into the store with my mother who has a hard time with technology. The staff were great, and took the time to help her use her new phone and encouraged her to come back if she had any questions..... top notch service
