They took the time to complete a task that was proven to be a challenge due to the network available at the Pen Centre. They went over and beyond to make sure the task was completed, utilizing all available resources. The task was very important and special to me, thus, I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and incredible customer service provided. Thank you team Yankee Candles. I have been a customer there since the store first open. I will always remember my great experience and I would always come back.
