Awesome company that provides exceptional customer service! Store is very clean and organized well. Staff is passionate about the work they do and it shows. It's hard to find good customer service these days and I was impressed enough to write this review.

I visited Aqua Service Niagara for the first time to purchase new filters for an old RO system we inherited with the purchase of our home. Knowing very little about the system, staff took the time to happily answer all of my questions and educate me on everything I needed to know about the RO system and filter replacement. In this I learned our current system was quite inefficient taking 3 gallons of water to produce 1 gallon of RO. It was a good time to replace it with a more efficient 1:1 model. Emilee did an excellent job installing the new system and walked me through how the new system functions. Water tastes great!

It has been one year since Ryan installed our water system and we could not be happier. It has performed just as Ryan said it would. We just had our one year service and as always it was a pleasure having Ryan in our home, he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how it all works. Could not be happier with our system and the service we receive from this company, highly recommend A++++

Ryan and Emilee were awesome! Answered all my questions over the phone and were even able to book me in on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. Would definitely recommend!!
