The customer service I received at the bunting location from Ronak was above and beyond. He takes pride in what he is selling. I had an issue with the transition of my service. He did not send me to call customer service/tech support, he took ownership of the product he sold and resolved the issue. All well professionally multitasking with others customers so that they are not ignored.

Had an AMAZING service from a gentleman by the name Ronak. He was very patient and knowledgable. He took his time to explain the plans and the different phones. Thank you Ronak, l will not hesitate to come back to the store again.

The only freedom mobile store in St. Catherine's with excellent costumer service (at Fairview mall all employees are very rude). Aman was very helpful and friendly.

Customer service was awesome. Kenan as polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Despite him being alone in the store, he was quite capable of multitasking.and getting all his jobs done! Thanks!

I had a great experience at this location. The staff members were very helpful, explained everything clearly and the purchase of a new phone and package was seamless. I would highly recommend dealing with the staff at this location. The deal with the phone and package was great as well, can't recommend going there enough. Check it out!
