Fun to go to with kids. Prices are pretty steep for kids costumes. Inventory not stocked as told when it comes to new products. Good to go day after when entire store is 50% off
Great prices but costumes are too pricey.
Great selection even a week away from Halloween! I was pretty impressed
Absolute fave spot for Halloween decor. I go multiple times every year and cant leave empty handed. Highlights are all the displays to showcase their animatronics and the best selection of costumes and special effects makeup

Disappointed with the way I was treated by one particular cashier tonight. We took the kids to get their costumes finally finished up. When trying on one of the costumes we noticed a tear/hole in the costume. Being it was the last one of that particular costume, the girl working the fitting room told us to let the cashier know about the damage and they would offer a discount if we still wanted that costume. At the check out I let the cashier know that we were told to let her know about the damage. You would have thought I was asking for a lung. She immediately told me she can't do anything and I would have to wait for a manager. I was fine with that. Then she gave me attitude when she was asking me where the damage was without even taking it out to see. When she finally did take it out she spoke to me as if I was making it up. When she finally saw the hole she just said "you have to wait for a manager". When the manager came she made it seem like I was just hunting for a discount. Fortunately the manager was helpful and did offer a discount due to the damage. - - I have worked in the retail and customer service industry for a long time. I totally understand what it's like to have a line up on a really busy night and have a customer with an issue that needs to be addressed. However, it definitely wasn't cool to make me feel like I was being a huge inconvenience especially when I was expecting to pay full price but another employee told me to let them them know it was damaged. Customer service is a huge thing for me. I strive to provide the best experience for every customer I talk to and I feel that should be the norm for anyone who deals with customers on a daily basis. Poor customer service always sticks out like a sore thumb. I won't let this one employee change my opinion of Spirit. I spend a good bit of money there each year and probably still will. It's just unfortunate that there is an employee filled with such negativity.
I really like the big selection of costumes at spirit and I found a really nice Poison Ivy costume here but when I got it home realized there was a small slice in the material. I couldn’t return it because it was 1 day past their return date and no more poison ivy costumes left in my size to exchange. I had to keep it and they offered me no discount because of the damage, not many costumes left at spirit rn that I’d wear ????
