Very happy with the inspection done by Castlerock! Daryl was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Did a thorough inspection and pointed out some potential issues which we brought up in our offer negotiations. There were some other bids on the home but since we were able to get the inspection done so quickly we could remove the conditions and ended up winning. We are happy with our new home and felt confident making the purchase based on the inspection that was done!
Daryl did an amazing job on the inspection. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge. He spotted things very quickly and did a very helpful video walk through as well. Highly recommend him!
Our rep, Daryl, did a great job when we bought our house a few years ago. Found a lot of stuff that we decided was worth fixing, and I referred back to the video many times (rather than getting into our crawlspace myself). My dad just had them do an inspection for his place before putting it up for sale, and was really happy with the service too!
