My surgery for a deviated septum took place on a Thursday, by Saturday I had concerns, so I emailed the doc, he responded in an hour !! The following weekend was a long weekend and on Saturday at 9pm I had some major concerns about swelling/infection. The doc returned my email within a half hour !!!! On A LONG WEEKEND ! He had me send video/pics of my nose and decided , by 10pm to have me come see him on THE 1ST DAY after the LONG WEEKEND !! He scheduled me for 2 pm on the Tuesday, I cannot say enough about how great this man has made my experience! Any questions or concerns are taken serious and in a very orderly manner. Thanks Dr Robichaud and staff !!! You ROCK Doc !

I would recommend Dr. Jeff Robichaud to anyone looking to have nasal surgery or rhinoplasty. I have had issues breathing for years due to sports injuries, as well as cosmetic issues from breaking my nose numerous times. Within 2 weeks, I got an appointment consultation booked with Dr. Robichaud! When consulting with him, he went through all of my options and thoroughly described the procedures and processes that I would encounter through surgery. I felt comfortable and confident that he and his staff would take great care of me. Special thanks to Nicole for booking my surgery for June, and due to a cancellation, she got me in 4 months earlier! Thank you to Chelsea for helping book follow up appointments, taking my photos and being genuinely sweet.

My older daughter was 6 months old when I discovered her lip and tongue ties. We did not know at the time that Dr. Robichaud did lip and tongue tie releases so we went out of town to have the procedure done. Unfortunately, it was an awful experience for both my baby and my family. My daughter was left with a lot of scar tissue build up/damage upon "healing" from this procedure.
I just recently gave birth to another baby who was born with both lip and tongue ties. We went directly to Dr. Robichaud this time who released both ties within seconds. My less than one week baby was eating normally right after and didn't show any signs of distress. I can't believe how different of a experience we had this time.
I thank Dr. Robichaud for his professionalism. He is precise and knowledgeable and we couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you to the secretary as well, who was so lovely and understanding and ensured we got in to see Dr. Robichaud immediately (as I couldn't breastfeed my baby because of the ties).
