I walked in to Martindale Medispa not knowing what to expect in my laser hair removal treatment. Tammy at the front desk welcomed me with positive vibes, and was very quick to get me started with paper work, and tell me a bit about my treatment. Razan; the owner, walked me through the treatment some more, and elaborated on the type of skin I have and why it is important for them and I to both know. I walked into the room, and Sara introduced herself to me, and made sure I was comfortable before she made any moves with the laser. I was a bit scared at first, so she tried a little spot first on my arm. After I felt like it was good to go, and all relaxed, she continued, with my underarms. she was very gentle with me, and very patient. the session for my under arms, and legs surprisingly only took about 30 minutes- considering I had quite a bit of hair on me. if there is any place you should go for your laser hair removal treatments in the West end, its definitely Martindale Medispa!!

I regularly get my lashes and spray tans done here, and I always have the best experience and receive so many compliments on my lashes and tans afterwards!

I've been for a facial as well, and Razan helped me choose which facial would be best for my skin type and my personal concerns! I had no idea what type of facial I would need - Razan was super awesome! My skin looks and feels amazing and I can't wait to go back for my next treatment!

As a person who is not used to having anything cosmetic done in the past , I found that the staff was informative and made me feel very comfortable with their service. As well as being informative they were also never pushy to have you take part in anything other than what you came in for. Very respectful staff and would recommend to everyone.

As someone with combination and acne prone skin, I find it difficult to go to spa's that use products with fragrance. Razan was able to examine my skin and pin point the products and services that would best suit me. I've had a chemical peel and OxyGeneo Facial and both have felt amazing and have really done wonders on my skin! I've been using the Salicylic Acid solution she recommended for me and it's really helped clear up my acne. I love that they offer medical grade products and I don't have to worry about breaking out after I leave. I can't wait to try their microdermabrasion to get rid of my acne scars!

The staff are super friendly and really know what they're talking about when it comes to skin care, not to mention it's a beautiful, clean space! Can't wait to come back!
