I love their paint and the staff, but in this day and age, before I drove all the way to their store, I checked the internet to see what their hours were. Internet showed reduced hours, but they were open today. After driving all the way there and seeing a big "OPEN" sign in the window, I was surprised to find the door locked and a phone call elicited the information that they were open to contractors only. Wish they had said that on their internet. However, as a result I had to go to Home Hardware and found such excellent service there, so maybe I will be going there in future.
