Optimal Wellness Niagara is truly a one stop shopping experience for the body, mind, spirit and finances! I am a mother of 4 and instead of driving around to different buildings for my children's appointments, I am so lucky to be here! My daughters and myself have had massages with Beth! She truly is fantastic, the perfect strength that I need. My husband and myself have had treatments from both Wayne and Rachel for osteopathy and had great results. I seen Stephan many times for naturopathy and acupuncture and feel and look so much better because of it! (he helped me with my paralyzed face.

I have been going to OWN for Osteopathic treatments by Wayne Oliver for a few years now ... awesome results for my back ailments in a few short visits - with periodic follow-ups only when needed. Now I take Pilates with Wayne and he is hands-down (no pun intended!) the best at what he does! So knowledgeable and patient with our group! Front office staff are very professional and thorough.
