614 Lake - CLV Group

Moved here in a rush when I got a new job, took what I could find in a pinch and I must say I lucked out huge. The building is super clean, rooms are very nice and the staff (Brittany and Shannon) were always extremely kind, helpful and always made me feel welcome.

Lived there for about two years before it was time to move on into a bigger place but my time there was flawless. Definitely one of the nicest places in St Catharines.

I moved into 614 Lake St Aug 1st and the admin and service staff have been excellent

I just moved in and the renters process was quick and painless. Super friendly staff and residents!!! Clean facility and very pet accommodating. Beautiful trails around the back of the building and easy shopping and restaurant convinces. Updated suits!!! Hands down best experience ever!

Shannon is a pleasure to work with professionally. He attention to detail and high degree of customer service made my experience exceptional. She is well informed regarding any questions I had. He receptivity made me feel secure and confident in my transaction with her. She cares and is an inspiration in her role in CLV Group and a human being. Thank you!

Our family just moved into the apartment. The application process was fast and fair without discrimination. The building is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent. The laundry room is bright and airy. Shannon was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She showed nothing but cheerfulness and sincerity while answering so many questions from us. All texts, emails, and calls were answered or replied back promptly from morning until night! We had some challenge dealing with package delivery and insurance due to being new to the area, and Shannon, again, helped us find solutions. She really went above and beyond like you are a family. Everyone I interacted with at CLV, from the first viewing appointment call to the approval by Jamie, was very polite, responsive, and friendly. After a long search, we are so happy to finally find a good place to call home.
