Canadian Blood Services, St. Catharines

I have always had a positive experience coming to this Canadian Blood Service Clinic. Last week was my seventh time donating and my boyfriend's first time donating! My boyfriend was a little nervous about the prospect of donating blood, and the staff and nurses there were very comforting and really treated him quite well and made his first donation experience a pleasant one! I feel good after I have donated knowing that I could potentially be saving somebody's life

I nearly blacked-out and felt nauseous by the end of my donation, and I immediately had multiple staff surrounding me, reassuring me with calm voices, covering me in cold packs and making sure I felt safe and got back to normal ASAP. They took incredible care of me and made me feel so safe. You could tell that they truly truly cared! Amazing experience, I will most definitely return when I can!
