I've known Mario now for over 10 years. In that time we have had two whole house reverse osmosis water filters installed in our homes, and recently I bought a carafe does the same. In all cases I recall taking out filters every year and the blackness and dirtiness of the filters, thinking all that, if not for the water filtering, would be in our tissues now. Very friendly staff at Purahome, and always go out of their way for your convenience. Great environmentally conscious company! Every time I move first thing I do is call Mario!
