I had Diana come to help me, she was very professional and such a sweet person. I actually had a very bad day that day, but Diana really healed me, she is a caring person, I just moved to Canada, and she answered all my questions patiently and definitely helped me a lot. I really felt very warm. I believe she represents the Canadian spirit, kind, tolerant and full of empathy. Thanks a lot！

I can understand what most of the people think about the employees, but tbh they are very good. They are just following COVID norms strictly which is actually a good thing.

My officer was Diane and she was so sweet and helpful to me. Gave me some really good advice and was very amiable.

Be aware that if you make an appointment, there is an express line. It isn’t clearly marked. I nearly missed my appointment but was saved by another person who clarified for me. Also, I was told that passport Canada could express post the passport to the USA. This can’t be done. Not complaining about the service—Sheila was helpful and pleasant. Just want others to be aware of some potential snafus.
