(March 21, 2018, 10:30 pm)Five stars all the way, great people, great classes. Lost 40 Lbs in 6 months. I have done the kickboxing and the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and can't get enough. Gerry Disanto is a fantastic teacher, he's very knowledgeable and skilled. Many Black belts on hand to support you on your journey. Very welcoming and great place to train.

My son, who can be rather shy and reserved, has grown considerably over the year. Significant care is made in impressing upon the students that being trained in a martial art requires restraint - I can't count how many times I have heard Sensei tell the kids that what they learn in class is for use in class or if they are in danger, and is not for impressing friends or for use on siblings.
