Laura Secord Secondary School

Pretty sweet school. I am in the 9th grade, and its been a cool year, with a lot of LGBTQ support and many art programs to get involved with, same goes for athletics and other clubs. However, I hate the JUMP program. Not the mentors themselves, but the program. Yes, its nice for the first day so you can get adjusted to high school, and same with cow olympics, but all other times is just a waste of class time.

My kids go there and are very involved with many different groups. The music program is amazing, as it can be seen by going to one of their concerts. All the teachers are very friendly and everyone is very open to the LQBTQ community.

Im in grade nine and just started school. The teachers are great they make u feel welcome the students also make u feel welcome. So far ive had a blast in the first 2 weeks we went to a blue jays game and had the best time at cow olympics.

The schools better now that a certain art teacher left. Still not that great though but no one talks to you in a bulling way for no reason so that's cool.
