Permanent Siding & Windows

Our house was built in 1974, and still had all the original wood slider windows that were rotting, and the vinyl finish on the front door was peeling leaving bare metal to rust. It looked awful.
We had all of our windows and doors in the house replaced. It looks amazing now!!!
From beginning to end, the process was professional and easy. You can trust Darryl, and his team to do a great job and stand behind their work. Ray and Jeff did an amazing job installing, went above and beyond to make me happy, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. They even tediously removed all the old caulking from the brickwork around the front door before installing the new one. They were a pleasure to have around the house while doing the job.
The windows look so good, that it puts my old, faded and chalking aluminum siding to shame now. We’ve asked them for a quote to replace the siding, soffit, facia, and gutters. The quote for replacing the siding, came in at a lower price than professionally painting it!!! I think we will be biting the bullet and get that done next spring to finish our transformation. I can’t wait it see the finished result. We will have a new house when done!!!!

This company cares,period. If you are lucky enough to contract with them you will receive the kind of service and quality above and beyond what you would expect from a contractor. From the initial estimation,Darryl made sure we were educated on what was involved for the install and made suggestions on what the differences were regarding price and function of our door, saving us money by explaining the nuances of function vs aesthetics . Our house entrance is now the best feature of our home , the installation is flawless and we are very critical of workmanship. In a word, you can TRUST these guys

Selecting Permanent Siding & Windows to install our new windows and siding was one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the initial site visit through to project completion, working with Darryl and his team was as seamless as possible. Our house went from one of the ugliest to the nicest looking house on the street. Now that it's spring and our neighbours are outside again, we have received countless compliments at how great our house looks.

I really appreciated that Darryl genuinely cares about the overall project looking good and educating homeowners about their design choices. For example, we opted for casement windows throughout our main floor. Darryl made sure to note that casements in our front bedroom would make us lose some light due to the middle of the frame and that sliders may be a better choice. We ended up going with casements since the room faces the street, but we greatly appreciated that he cared enough to mention this. Since windows are...permanent ;), it felt good knowing we went into the process with as much information as possible.

Our house is a bit wonky, and nothing is level or plumb, yet you wouldn't be able to tell from how exceptional the install of the windows and siding was. Ray, Jeff, and Phil were very friendly people who worked well together, did amazing work, and were very nice to our young son, who asked them many questions and enjoyed showing them his toys.

If I ever need new windows or siding, whether because we're at our current home for a few more decades or moving to another house that needs some work, I will absolutely be giving Darryl a call.
