Niagara Top Team

Niagara Top Team is a truly outstanding club for both recreational and competitive athletes. Although my training experience with this club has been soley online so far through zoom (due to pandemic), the programs offered have been challenging and comprehensive for experienced and novice practitioners alike.

Matt has been teaching Striking Conditioning and MMA Conditioning classes and all of them have been challenging and fun. The positive and balanced approach (through class design, skill/technique balance/conditioning) has left me learning tons, developing skill (technical, tactical), and working on full body conditioning. He is personable, pays attention to details, and is an excellent instructor.

My kid loves it, Matt and his crew are great to deal with and creates an awesome experience for the kids.
My wife also takes part in the Moms Fight Club and she is hooked, instructor gets high praise everytime she comes home from a class.

Such an amazing atmosphere as soon as you walk in! Everyone is super welcoming and immediately make you feel like a part of the family. The instructors are very knowledgeable and truly care about their students. From the kids programs to the pro sessions, there is something here for everyone!

The coaches bring them a vast amount of experience and a high number of individual and team accolades.

More importantly as a student - the coaches are patient and passionate as trainers which gives one the perfect environment to grow and thrive in - irrespective of skill level.

The culture at this gym is truly one of a ‘team’ where everyone is supportive of one another and provides guidance when necessary.

Moreover, the environment is always clean and conspicuous -which gives it a feel good factor whenever you walk in.

This gym is amazing. The coaches are incredible, the atmosphere is awesome ......its like being part of an awesome family! Going consistently 3 days a week has changed my sons life!
