Great service to have. People need to realize it’s not the business fault it’s our government and lack of aid for mental health services. I’m a person that uses this service and I’m not the only one. Stop giving bad reviews and being so selfish.
There’s a reason they aren’t answering your call Because there’s probably 10 other people that have their attention.
Reviews for those that have stayed show the amazing support that the people here do.
Before leaving a negative review consider my review. Also there are multiple other resources you can find online if this one just happens to be overly busy. If you really want help you will find other resources. It’s happened to me and I do.

I've been a few times in the past couple years, and they're very helpful. You can talk about what's going on, and they also refer you to programs to help further.
